Hervé Groléas joined Greater Lyon in 2005. As a CIO he led the merge of the information systems of two local governments. Hervé raised the ICT to a public policy and moved the IT system department to the development department. Hervé now develops the digital government and smart city through digital planning, data governance and the advent of a “digital living environment”.
Member of “Eurocities” and of “Major Cities of Europe”, Hervé represents Greater Lyon in the EU urban planning / digital transition partnership.
