Actually he is working for a project for a main Telco’s Italian company about the design of a Customer Journey from an omnichannel perspective using methods of data analysis and identification of innovative behavioral patterns. As an economist, he is keenly interested to find new opportunities for businesses personal data services built on mutual trust, guarantying an ethical approach and making data protection rights individually actionable and collectively useful.
